Short-Term Substitute (to start IMMEDIATELY)

The Beech Hill School is hiring an individual to fill in for a faculty member that is on leave through the end of the calendar year.  Candidates are not required to hold a teacher certification, nor is experience in education required.  However, the preferred candidate must have a desire to be part of a caring and dedicated faculty of middle school educators.  The position will focus mostly on Outdoor Education, Physical Education, Social and Emotional Learning, and advising 6th graders.

part-Time Educator (to start IMMEDIATELY)

The Beech Hill School is hiring an individual that is eager to gain experience in Middle School education by participating broadly in The Beech Hill School’s varied programming, especially through the School’s signature O-PE Program (Outdoor Education and Physical Education).  The position is part-time, requiring 3 hours a day through the week – beginning at 12:30 and concluding at 3:30; however, flexibility in scheduling is expected. The position will require substitute teaching in all disciplines.  No prior teaching experience is required, and the position has potential to expand, if so desired.
